Our chef grows vegetables and selects for our guests the best products of the Salento territory. Meticulous attention is paid to preparation of each dish served in our Terra degli Ulivi restaurant. The taste for every single detail and the combination of refinement and local production are the protagonists of our cuisine. Furthermore, since 2005, our farm has received the Organic Production Certification.
